Principal and founder Tony De Rossi (B Arch) was born into the building industry. His migrant father, a building craftsman in the true Italian tradition, introduced him to construction sites at a very early age. After graduating from the University of Western Australia with degrees in both Architecture and Engineering, Tony gained experience with a number of project builders in Perth.

De Rossi & Co was established in 1989 as a design-and-construct building operation and between then and 2004 completed a variety of new homes, residential extensions and tilt-up concrete factory units. The company achieved industry recognition with a number of HIA and MBA awards.

In mid 2004 Tony decided to concentrate on design, bringing a wealth of spacial knowledge and construction experience to the process. De Rossi & Co Design Studio utilises the latest 3D Computer Aided Design software to provide a range of design services:

• new home designs
• strata subdivisions
• shadow diagrams
• council development applications
• extensions and renovations
• multi-unit developments
• tilt-up concrete buildings
• factory warehouse developments
