Energy efficiency and environment sensitivity are a given in all our home designs and each project is specifically designed to make the best energy use of its location. We acknowledge that discerning buyers have usually undertaken a degree of research before commissioning a design and are aware of the benefits of solar access/control and designing for energy efficiency. All our design solutions address the environmental cost/benefit equation with respect to each unique project.
