If there is any one design element that differentiates a class act from a volume produced project home, it has to be a steep roof pitch which ulitises the space inside the roof for bedrooms and living area.
Hence the classic loft home – a two storey home without an expensive price tag. The smaller footprint works well for lots of approximately 300 to 500 square metres and still leaves sensible outdoor living areas.
